Combat International are a team of dedicated combat and stunt performers with over 25 years of experience in the film and TV industry. Bringing medieval warfare to brutal, bloody life in a wide-spanning range of productions from Gladiator to Transformers 5, Outlaw King, Norsemen and Outlander to name but a few! Our teams are able to accurately recreate the look and fighting styles from many different eras throughout history and their experience and professionalism is highly respected in the industry. Combat International also performed all combat and character movement for Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War 3's official motion-capture trailer!
charlie allan - founder
Charlie 'Chick' Allan is a Scottish Fight Director, Combat Co-ordinator, Choreographer and Actor who has worked on various productions starting with BBC Ivanhoe (1995), Gladiator (2000), King Arthur (2017), Thor 2 (2013), Transformers 5 (2017), Outlaw King (2018) including various TV documentaries and Netflix productions to name a few.
Trained in various martial arts from an early age he combined his love for Scottish culture and heritage with research of western historic weaponry.
His experiences on set urged him to put together a team of combat performers and fight stunt crew in 1995, known today as Combat International.
Currently CEO of the Clanranald Trust for Scotland of which he is the founder, he and his professional team of men and women are sought after by well known names in the film and stunt industry.
His dream was always to create a platform for in house talent and productions, which is now the future of the team.
